 The
experience of using an information appliance – whatever it
is – is based on interaction with it. The design of that interaction
– good or bad – is fundamental to the success of the
device. It's more than just ergonomics or user-interface design.
It's about the experience of interacting with an appliance.
We know how to design interactions. We use our ability to understand
people's motivations and mental models, our understanding of what's
gone before, and our knowledge of what's technically possible to
create designs which combine good looks with great usability.
Members of our team have years of experience designing, implementing,
and testing user interfaces for many diverse systems and devices.
We put user interaction at the top of our list of priorities when
designing information appliances.
